A batch of Gruvmaster AG-8Z automatic roll grooving machines is being prepared for packing and shipment at our factory. The machines are arranged on wooden pallets, with accessory bags and wrapped components placed alongside each unit.
A Look at the Workshop Before Packing
The workshop photo shows the machines and accessories organized before final packing. It also provides a clear view of the AG-8Z’s overall structure, with the grooving assembly positioned above the cabinet base and wheels fitted below for movement between work areas.
Steel Pipe Grooving in Workshops and on Site
The AG-8Z Automatic Roll Grooving Machine is designed for steel pipe grooving in fabrication workshops and on construction sites. Its standard grooving range covers 2"–12" pipes, expandable to 1"–16" with the appropriate optional roller sets.
For repeated pipe processing, the AG-8Z combines automatic hydraulic feed with convenient controls, reducing the need for continuous manual feeding during batch grooving.
Automatic Operation and Stable Pipe Grooving
The AG-8Z combines features that support stable grooving and practical everyday operation:
· Gruv-X® hydraulic system: Provides stable hydraulic feed during groove forming.
· Automatic grooving and stopping: Completes the grooving cycle according to the settings, reducing continuous manual operation.
· Interlocking rollers and pipe stabilizer: Help keep the pipe rotating steadily and reduce pipe wandering during grooving.
· Flexible controls: Wireless remote control and a foot switch allow operators to choose a convenient control method for the task.
The wheeled base and transport handle make the machine easier to move, while the cabinet provides storage for commonly used tools and accessories.
