● GRUVMASTER® CG-4X cut groove machine is a world-first, high-efficiency grooving device designed for processing pipe ends without flaring and without thickness requirements.
They are suitable for cutting annular grooves of carbon steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, and other materials with diameters ranging from 12" to 32".
These versatile machines can handle various pipe diameters and wall thicknesses, making it ideal for use in both workshops and construction sites. It features a built-in motor, hydraulic pump, and manual feed mechanism, allowing for independent grooving operations.
● GRUVMASTER® CG-4X Electric Cut Grooving Machine is a motor driven cut groover designed with an advanced hydraulic fixing and manual blade feeding system to perform cut grooves in pipes of 12" thru 32" diameter, SCH40 and up, in all possible material.
●The grooves are formed by mechanically advancing a grooving roll into the pipe, which is supported by a knurldrive roll. The GRUVMASTER® CG-4X HD Electric Hydraulic Cut Groover is designed for heavy volume work on the job site and for workshop in-house fabrication.
● The motor's built-in high-performance gear reduction system enables a compact design and reduced noise levels.
● The unique combination of the hydraulic feeding pump and high-quality cutting blade guarantees premium grooves and optimal efficiency.
